Stayed here for 4 nights and didn't want to leave. The staff was accommodating and very pleasant, the room was stylish. The hotel had a very central location right on top of a very good shopping centre so an extra bonus for us girls. The authentic restaurant and the poolside bar were on site.

The rooms were high quality and the service very good. The staff were excellent and dedicated, tried to make the stay a very nice experience. The location offered was particularly good near to the Chedraui supermarket which had excellent pastries and takeaway sandwiches and a huge and nice shopping mall.

The location is perfect, right next to a big street with lots of traffic and above the Malecon mall. The staff gave us great service, and the manager was particularly helpful. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including room service, bicycle hire, and laundry service. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. The outdoor swimming pool and garden area were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city.
We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great food, amazing service and decent view of the lagoon and ocean beyond. Well-maintained pool, great location on e3 Vancouver tower. Based adjacent to shopping mall and restuarants and many restaurants. Retro and spotless rooms with own bathrooms and a microwave and a fridge. Free parking onsite provided. A pool area available for guests too.
